Newsletters Keep You In Touch With Customers & Employees

Even though so much emphasis is placed on electronic media, not everyone has a computer, and not everyone with a computer is linked to an online service. In addition, few methods of distributing information are as tried-and-true and easy to use as a printed newsletter. We work closely with you to design the newsletter that best conveys your company's products, services, and other information; our focus is on strengthening the ties between you and your customers.

Bear in mind that you can now have the best of both worlds (printed and online) by distributing your newsletters in print and in online PDF or HTML formats. We can design your newsletter to take advantage of both channels in a cost-effective, timely manner. As a result, you can reach your customers and millions of potential customers, leveraging your information for maximum benefit.

The pages below are from a 4-page color and 6-page, black & white newsletter produced quarterly for Rivera Research & Development, a manufacturer of guitar amplifiers, speaker cabinets, and accessories.

Internal Online Newsletters

You can use the Web as a means of transmitting communication via a newsletter inside your company. Here is an example of one designed for Netscape's ISIS group:

ISIS Newsletter

It was created as a flexible template using dynamic HTML/CSS so that it could be maintained and updated easily by anyone using simple editing tools such as Dreamweaver.

A simple design (again intended as an easily maintained template) was employed for America Online's Technology Group (AOL T). With tongue firmly planted in cheek, we called it You've Got News.

AOL T Newsletter

A company's communication is a powerful asset, and spreading information quickly and cheaply can't be done more easily and engagingly than with an online newsletter.

Contact us, and we can work with you to improve communication with your customers and your employees.
